What Do I Need to Bring to Buy Cannabis in Oregon?
To enter our dispensary and purchase cannabis, you must be 21 years of age or older. You will need to bring a valid, government-issued photo ID. We are required to verify your identification at every single visit, so please keep it handy. You do not need to be an Oregon resident to shop with us; we welcome visitors from all over the world, provided you have the proper documentation.
What Forms of ID Are Accepted at the Dispensary?
We accept unexpired, government-issued photo IDs. This includes state-issued driver’s licenses, state ID cards, passports, and military IDs. Please note that the ID must be current; we cannot accept expired documents. Additionally, Oregon law requires us to view the physical ID, so digital copies or photos of your ID on a phone cannot be accepted.
How Much Cannabis Can I Legally Purchase in One Day?
Oregon has specific daily purchase limits to ensure safety and compliance. Currently, an individual can purchase up to 2 ounces of usable marijuana (flower), 5 grams of cannabinoid extracts or concentrates, 16 ounces of cannabinoid products in solid form (edibles), and 72 ounces in liquid form. These limits apply per person, per day, across all dispensaries statewide.
